Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Jenn's Threads! To ensure fairness and maintain the availability of my services, take note of the following cancellation policy: Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure this service or appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled date and time of your service. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in the deposit being non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will happily apply your deposit toward a rescheduled appointment. Emergency Situations: We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us, and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
